Ce Brouilly 2018 aux fruits rouges et noirs est croquant et plaisant de suite. C’est un bon vin de copains à sortir pour un apéritif dinatoire, sur un poulet doré et croustillant ou avec un plateau de fromages. Un vin agréable et facile d’accès qui se marie facilement. Si vous voulez qu’il “pinote”, attendez le quelques années mais pas trop non plus 😉

This Brouilly 2018 with red and black fruits is crunchy and immediately pleasant. It’s a good wine with friends to bring out for an aperitif dinner, with golden and crispy chicken or with a cheese platter. A pleasant and accessible wine that pairs easily. If you want it to “pinote”, wait a few years but not too long either 😉
