fromages de caractères. Servir chambré à 16°C. 3 ans de garde
This wine boasts a lovely deep ruby-red colour and a concentrated bouquet revealing notes of ripe fruit and mild spices. It is a well-structured wine, fleshy on the palate and with hints of liquorice to finish.
Serve with duck breast, red meat dishes and strong cheeses. Serve at 16°C. Cellaring potential: 3 years.
