Description
Robe rubis brillante. Nez très aromatique de petites baies
rouges, de notes florales et reglissées. En bouche, les tanins sont doux et fondus. On retrouvera
les notes de baies rouges (fraise des bois, cassis) ainsi que des notes de sous-bois, de tabac, et
d’amande grillée.
Bright ruby red colour. Very aromatic bouquet with red-berry, floral and
liquorice notes. The tannins are soft and well-integrated on the palate. The red-berry flavours
(wild strawberry, blackcurrant) reappear, together with touches of undergrowth, tobacco and
toasted almond.
Apéritif, maquereau et pommes de terre sautées, steak de thon grillé,
volaille rôtie, Brie de Meaux. Servir à 18-20C°.
Aperitifs, mackerel and potatoes, grilled tuna
steak, roast poultry, Brie de Meaux cheese. Serve at 18-20C°.
