HISTOIRE DE LA CUVEE : Cette cuvée est née pendant la première période du COVID. On a voulu faire un vin rouge léger, facile à boire, qui appelle à la convivialité. Nous souhaitions un nom qui frappe les esprits et celui-ci est venu bien après.

PALISSAGE sur 2 fils pour les Syrahs et en gobelet pour nos anciens Grenaches.

DEGUSTATION : Robe cerise. Un nez aux notes de fruits rouges gourmand, framboise, cerise. La bouche est fraîche et légére, on retrouve des arômes de fruits rouges frais tous en gardant une légèreté et gourmandise.

SERVICE : 11 ° – 13 °

ACCORDS METS & VINS :  salade de tomate, cocktail de crevette, autour d’un barbecue ou juste posé … tranquille pinard.

HISTORY OF THE CUVEE: This vintage was born during the first COVID period. We wanted to make a light red wine, easy to drink, which calls for conviviality. We wanted a name that would strike people’s minds and this one came to us well

TASTING NOTES: Cherry color. A nose with notes of delicious red fruits, raspberry, cherry. The palate is fresh and light, we find aromas of fresh red fruits while maintaining a lightness and deliciousness.

SERVICE: 11° – 13°

FOOD & WINE PAIRING: tomato salad, shrimp cocktail, around a barbecue or just sitting down… quiet pinard.
