CEPAGES / VARIETIES : Carignan, Syrah, Grenache, Cabernet-Sauvignon.

TERROIR / SOILS : Un terroir du Languedoc parmi les plus chaud et sec de France, sur des terres arides et caillouteuses. / Grown on the hottest and driest soils of the Languedoc, on dry and pebbly lands.

VINIFICATION / WINEMAKING : Vinification traditionnelle. Elevage en cuves. Contrôle des températures. / Skin maceration and low temperature fermentation.

ELEVAGE / AGEING : Cuve inox. / Stainless steel.

DEGUSTATION / TASTING NOTES : Une belle robe rouge rubis. Le nez est franc et agréable marqué de fruits rouges. Structure souple et élégante en bouche. / Garnet red colour with a few orange reflections. Strong and aromatic nose of red fruits, spices and liquorice. The palate is pleasant with a generous attack and silky tannins.

A TABLE / PAIRING : Servir sur viandes rouges et blanches, fromages doux et cuisine italienne.
Servir chambré à 16°C. / To be enjoyed with a beef fillet and a Roquefort sauce.
Serve at room temperature of 16°C.
